In 1976, Tom Price opened a single dealership in the Bay Area with a simple belief – if you treat people with honesty, work hard, and do the right thing every day, the business will take care of itself. That first dealership, Serramonte Oldsmobile, marked the beginning of what would become Price Family Dealerships.

Now, as we enter 2026, we are proud and deeply grateful to celebrate 50 years of serving the Bay Area.

What started as one store has grown into a family of dealerships representing some of the most respected automotive brands in the world. Through every decade of growth, change, and innovation, one thing has never changed. Our commitment to our customers, our employees, and the communities we call home.

For five decades, Price Family Dealerships has been part of everyday life across Northern California. We have helped families find their first car, supported local businesses with work trucks and fleets, and kept essential vehicles on the road for first responders, schools, and community organizations. From carpools to commutes, ambulances to service vans, our impact reaches far beyond our showrooms.

Throughout 2026, we will be rolling out a series of special programs and initiatives designed to celebrate Tom Price, recognize our incredible employees, and give back in meaningful ways. These plans include community-focused events, employee recognition moments, charitable initiatives, and unique experiences that reflect the values this company was built on. Each program is rooted in gratitude and a desire to serve, not just celebrate.

Tom’s legacy is not defined by the number of dealerships or brands we represent – it is defined by the culture he built. A culture centered on integrity, teamwork, humility, and the belief that success should always be shared. That mindset continues to guide us today as the next generation of leaders carries the Price Family vision forward.
