Disclosures

1. Complimentary inspections included with retail purchase of any new or used vehicle.
2. Customers may return an eligible vehicle within three (3) days or exchange it within seven (7) days of the original sale date provided it has been driven no more than 400 miles beyond the mileage stated on the sale contract and is returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Certain exclusions apply including but not limited to high-end luxury and performance vehicles, which are excluded. Vehicles returned or exchanged that have been driven over 250 miles may be subject to a mileage fee for every mile over 250 miles. Vehicles returned or exchanged may be subject to a restocking fee. Exchanging a vehicle may require a new credit application and new sale contract with different financial terms than the original contract. Delivery Fees are non-refundable. 3. Covers essential maintenance, including oil and filter changes, brake services, battery testing/replacement, tire rotations, cabin/air filters, and select software updates or recalls.
4. Within 25-mile radius of dealer.
5. Towing available only for inoperable vehicle.
6. Must provide valid registration and unencumbered title in your name, or complete documentation regarding any liens on your vehicle, including, for example, contact information for your lender, relevant account information, and the current payoff amount for your vehicle.
