Celebrating International Women’s Day with the Price Family Women’s Circle

There is something powerful about creating space with intention and seeing what unfolds.

Recently, the Price Family Women’s Circle hosted our 6th annual International Women’s Day event, and what started as a small internal gathering has grown year over year, with more voices, more perspectives, and stronger participation from across our team and partners.

We heard from successful female leaders who shared their experiences in a way that was honest and direct. And not just the wins, but the decisions, setbacks, and lessons that shaped their careers … the kind of perspective people can actually take back with them and use.

Our breakout sessions were where things really opened up as smaller groups created space for real conversations, and not just surface-level discussion. People shared what they are seeing in their stores, what is working, what is not, and where they are trying to improve. There was a lot of practical feedback and a lot of listening.

In between sessions, the conversations kept going – people connected across departments, across rooftops, and in some cases, for the very first time. You could feel it shift from a scheduled event to something more natural.

That is what made the day meaningful.

The Price Family Women’s Circle continues to be driven by our employees, which is why it resonates. It reflects the people in the room, and each year builds on the last, with more participation, more openness, and stronger connections across the company.

We are grateful to the partners and organizations who supported this year’s event and helped shape the experience. Their involvement continues to raise the level of conversation and bring in perspectives from outside our walls.

We will keep building on this. The conversations from this year are already carrying forward into what comes next.
