Price Family Dealerships Welcomes June Lee as General Counsel

Larkspur, CA, June 17, 2025 / Newswire / – Price Family Dealerships (PR1CE) is proud to announce the appointment of June Lee as General Counsel. June brings with her nearly 20 years of legal experience representing privately held businesses in complex corporate transactions, governance, and strategic legal planning.

Before joining PR1CE, June was a partner in the automotive group at ArentFox Schiff, where she advised clients on corporate structuring, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Her transactional experience includes asset sales exceeding $150 million and stock acquisitions across borders, including Mexico and Canada. She is recognized for her sharp attention to detail, strategic counsel, and strong negotiation skills.

June also spent more than a decade at Kay & Merkle LLP in San Francisco, guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate development, leasing, and corporate governance. Earlier in her career, she served as a law clerk for the San Francisco Superior Court and went on to successfully operate her own law practice, supporting clients in immigration, estate, and real estate matters.

In her new role, June will oversee all legal affairs for PR1CE and play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth, ensuring compliance, and advancing strategic initiatives.
