Marin Luxury Cars, Volvo Marin, and Volvo Palo Alto honored for outstanding workplace culture and leadership

This past weekend in Nashville, Tennessee, the annual Automotive News “Best Dealerships to Work For” Gala celebrated the top-performing dealerships across North America that exemplify excellence in employee engagement, leadership, and workplace culture. Price Family Dealerships is proud to share that three of our dealerships, Marin Luxury Cars, Volvo Marin, and Volvo Palo Alto, were named to the prestigious 2025 list, recognizing our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where our people thrive and our customers benefit from that culture of excellence.

A Culture of Excellence and Inclusion

Now in its 14th year, the Automotive News program highlights dealerships that go beyond sales performance to focus on their most valuable asset: their people. Each dealership undergoes a detailed evaluation that includes leadership assessments and confidential employee surveys conducted by the Workforce Research Group. This recognition underscores our belief that success begins with good people doing the right thing together. Across our stores, we continue to invest in leadership development, recognition programs, and training opportunities that empower every team member to grow both personally and professionally.

Leadership Highlights: Volvo Marin and Volvo Palo Alto Rank Among Top Minority-Led Dealerships

Two of our stores also earned special distinction for their leadership. Volvo Marin and Volvo Palo Alto were ranked #3 and #5 nationally in the Minority Leadership category, a testament to the inclusive leadership and exceptional culture built within each store.

Volvo Marin’s General Manager Diana Kennedy, who also leads the Price Family Women’s Circle, shared, “I am extremely proud of our team as we celebrate this award for the 5th year in a row!” Under her leadership, the Women’s Circle has become a platform for growth, mentorship, and empowerment, reflecting our organization’s dedication to building strong, people-first teams.
